Veteran foreign correspondent, Marie Colvin, killed in Syria shelling along with a French photographer

Marie Colvin, an American journalist who worked for the UK's Sunday Times has been reportedly killed, along with a French photographer, after the house where they were staying was shelled.

Marie Colvin, an American journalist who worked for the UK's Sunday Times has been reportedly killed, along with a French photographer, after the house where they were staying was shelled. Just yesterday, Colvin – known for wearing a black eye patch after she lost an eye due to shrapnel wound while working in Sri Lanka – recorded a video about the horrors of the shelling in Homs, Syria.
