Todd heads to CTV

Paula Todd, who has become a fixture on TVO, is joining CTV News starting March 1, Broadcaster magazine reports. Todd, whowas host of Person 2 Person at TVO, is to help shape a new and innovative project, CTV News president Robert Hurst said rather mysteriously.
