What do freelancers have to say about the best story of the year? The best editors? Publications? Online site Story Board (an initiative of the Canadian Media Guild and the Canadian Writers Group) has launched a survey on the state of magazine freelancing in Canada — just in time for the National Magazine Awards.
In addition to asking writers who they think is the best mag editor to work with, the survey also asks about the least effective — and which publications took the longest to pay writers.
Results of the survey will be published June 10, the day of the NMAs. Head on over to Story Board to fill it out.
