House & Home Media launched Maison & Demeure, a new French-language edition of Canadian House & Home.
The magazine will feature Quebec homes alongside content translated from the English edition that has been “adapted and sourced” for a French-speaking audience.
Current House & Home editor Suzanne Dimma and publisher Lynda Reeves worked with the new Montreal-based team to develop the new mag.
Reeves said in a press release:
“The time is right to celebrate the growing importance of Quebec’s design community. We’re excited to finally have a sister publication that celebrates the exciting style and cuisine of Quebec.”
Maison & Demeure will be published monthly and the company is expecting a paid circulation of more than 27,000 in the first year and is looking to grow to 58,000 by 2010.
