Robert Hurst to leave CTV

CTV News and Current Affairs president Robert Hurst has announced he
will step down from the job he’s held since 2002. A successor has yet to be named, and Hurst will remain until one is.

Hurst has worked for CTV for 38 years, becoming news director of CFTO News at age 26. He’s an award-winning reporter, foreign correspondent, news editor and author. He’s spent 25 years of his career as a correspondent in places like Beijing, Moscow and Washington.
