Radler to pay more than $28M

David Radler,at one time a senior executive in Conrad Black’sHollinger Inc., has agreed to pay US$28.7 millionas part of a settlementwith the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the CBC reports via Canadian Press. Radler is expected to be a key witness at one-time media baron Black’s fraud trial, which started this week in Chicago.
