Quebecor, Torstar proud new parents

Quebecor Inc., owner of the Sun chain of newspapers as well as Le Journal in Quebec, has acquired Osprey Media Income Fund in a $517-million deal. Osprey operates 54 newspapers, including the St. Catharines Standard, Peterborough Examiner and the Kingston Whig-Standard. More»
