Quebec catches press council flu

News that the Quebec Press Council is
in Crisis raises questions about the failing health of Canada’s press

Sad Decline, posted last spring. Ironically, at about the same time, an
independent report for the Canadian Human Rights Commission called for the
establishment of a compulsory
national press council.
