Manitoba-based newspaper Portage Daily Graphic is moving from a daily to a weekly publication. The Sun Media newspaper will begin distributing its weekly print edition, The Graphic, starting next week on Tuesdays while maintaining daily online operations.
Manitoba-based newspaper Portage Daily Graphic is moving from a daily to a weekly publication. The Sun Media newspaper will begin distributing its weekly print edition, The Graphic, starting next week on Tuesdays while maintaining daily online operations.
"The Daily Graphic has weathered many storms and many changes since the first issue was published in 1895," the newspaper wrote in an article announcing the change. "The paper is now set to embark on another change as continues its daily format in the digital world of the Internet, with a weekly print version."
Its sister publication, the Central Plains Herald-Leader will publish on Thursdays.
