Former CBC-TV news anchorLarry Henderson, who died at 89 in London, Ont., on Monday, is remembered as someone who “embedded thenotion of the anchor in people’s minds.” In a story in the London Free Press, journalism educator Michael Nolan says Hendersonhelped make the nightly news broadcasta national institution.
