Canadian Architecture & Design Magazine is set to launch this Friday, July 11. The magazine is the current project of Northern Ontario-focused design mag, North of 89, publisher Mike Dunphy.
A Media in Canada article reports that the Creemore, Ont.-based publication is planning for an average distribution of 75,000. The story quotes Dunphy:
“North of 89 was received so enthusiastically by readers and advertisers that we felt the time was right to go national,” Dunphy explains. “When you consider the home-related television shows, newspaper sections and magazines that are so popular today, it’s obvious the demand is there. We’re excited about profiling exceptional residences and other buildings from across Canada that are created by top architects, designers and builders.”
