Mistrial denied in Black case

The lawyers for Conrad Black asked for a mistrial, accusing the prosecution of appealing to the jury on the basis of “class prejudice,” Canadian Press reports via CBC.The judge denied the motion. Black’s former partner, David Radler, is continuing his testimony in the fraud trial in Chicago.
