Layoffs at Montreal radio station

A reorganization effort at French-language news radio station Info 690 will result in 12 layoffs, CBC reports.

The company, a division of Corus Entertainment, said the Montreal station has been losing money “for years.”

Corus Québec owns English-language station Q92 FM in Montreal and other French-language outlets including 96.9 CKOI FM, 98.5 FM and CKAC Sports.
