L’actualit appoints new publisher

Réal Germain has been appointed as publisher of French-language current affairs magazine L’actualité, Rogers Publishing announced today. 

Germain moves to L’actualité from his position as vice-president of news and current affairs at Télévision Quatre Saisons (TQS).

“From radio, to Canadian press, to television he has consistently demonstrated leadership and success in managing content teams and is well poised for this new and exciting challenge,” said Marc Blondeau, senior vice-president of consumer publishing at Rogers Publishing, in a news release.
