Political reporter Greg Weston is leaving the CBC.
Weston tweeted he was leaving the CBC of his own volition and that his departure was not part of the 657 layoffs at the public broadcaster.

Political reporter Greg Weston is leaving the CBC.
Weston tweeted he was leaving the CBC of his own volition and that his departure was not part of the 657 layoffs at the public broadcaster.

According to his bio, Weston is an investigative reporter and a regular political commentator on CBC Radio and Television based in Ottawa. He has won a Michener Award for Meritorious Public Service in Journalism and is the author of two best-selling books, Reign of Error and The Stopwatch Gang.
