CBC’s director of digital content, Tessa Sproule, is leaving the public broadcaster.

CBC’s director of digital content, Tessa Sproule, is leaving the public broadcaster.
Sproule told J-Source she is leaving the public broadcaster on July 31 for a startup venture, the details of which she cannot share just yet.
Sproule joined the CBC in 1994 as a reporter and producer, according to her LinkedIn profile, and has worked in several different roles at CBC. She was a team guide at the Canadian Film Centre before she became director of digital content in April 2013.
