Commission won’t hear Maclean’s complaints

The Ontario Human Rights Commission will not proceed with complaints against Maclean’s over an article about Islam. In its decision, the commission said the Ontario Human Rights Code did not give it jurisdiction to deal with the content of magazine articles.
