This week in Canadian media history: Fire consumed CTV Ottawa newsroom in 2010

The blaze <a href="http://ottawa.ctvnews.ca/ctv-ottawa-newsroom-destroyed-by-fire-1.481652" target="_blank" rel="noopener">caused $2.5 million in damage</a> and required 18 trucks, 70 firefighters and more than two hours to contain it. One security guard was working at the time not did not suffer any injuries.</p>
