Deux journalistes lancent le magazine Muses

Muses a débarqué ce matin sur les étals et se veut, selon sa fondatrice Josianne Massé, «le porte-étendard d’une génération médiatiquement perdue, celle des 20-45 ans, qui ne se reconnait pas nécessairement dans ce que publient en général les féminins aujourd’hui.» </strong></p>

Montreal reporter Catherine Cullen joins CBC parliamentary bureau

Greg Weston leaves CBC

Sandra Martin leaves the Globe after 16 years

<p>Sandra Martin, a <em>Globe and Mail </em>features writer who has been with the newspaper for 16 years, is leaving the newspaper to write a book.</p><p>Martin covered the “dead” beat since 2004 and is the author of <em>Working the Dead Beat: 50 lives that changed Canada</em>. Prior to that, she was an arts and culture writer, specializing in books for the <em>Globe. </em></p><p> </p>

CBC Sports executive producer Dan Tavares leaves for Rogers

<p>Dan Tavares, executive producer of CBCSports.ca, has left the public broadcaster for Rogers, where he will be the new executive producer for hockey.</p><p>The move was announced last week, CBC media relations spokesperson Chuck Thompson confirmed in an email to J-Source.</p>
