Quebecor-owned Canoe.ca has shuffled two executives and added another two to its Internet team as a part of plans to strengthen “its leadership in the delivery of Canadian online content and other Internet services.”
According to a press release, Stephen Evans, Marie-Claude Massie, Wade Hynes and Patrick Tapp will take on lead roles in the Internet Management team.
Evans, former vice-president of portals and emerging products, is set to become chief technology officer, while former content manager for the French site, Massie, will become general manager of portals.
Meanwhile, Hynes, who was previously with Osprey Media, will become general manager of Sun Media Interactive Services. And Tapp, formerly in sales, will move in as director of strategic alliances.
