The Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ) has announced it is offering unemployed journalists a discounted rate for its upcoming conference in Vancouver May 22 to 24.

The discounted rate offered is equivalent to the early bird student rate, which is $100 for the full conference, as opposed to the $215 fee for journalist members of the CAJ.

The full conference fee for non-members of the CAJ is $800, while the fee for non-journalist members of the CAJ is $510.
