Black’s trial unfair, lawyers argue

Lawyers for former media mogul Conrad Black, now serving 6 1/2 years for fraud and obstruction of justice, disputed the fairness of his trial before an appeals court in Chicago, the Associated Press reports. The judges are expected to make a decision on Black’s appeal in four to six weeks.
