Eight on-air personalities and one off-air employee have been let go from Montreal’s English radio station CJAD, CBC News reports.
Late-night talk show host Peter Anthony Holder, weekend hosts Laurie MacDonald and Olga Gazdovic and long-time newscaster Kathy Coulombe have all lost their jobs.
In addition, Dan Laxer host of Laxer Live will replace Holden and Trudie Mason in the 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. time slot.
According to a memo obtained by CBC, the station is responding to new information about “the behavior and habits of listeners.”
