The Radio Television News Directors Foundation of Canada and The Atlantic
Association of Broadcasters have sponsored a $2,000 scholarship to
students from Atlantic Canada pursuing a career in broadcast journalism.

In a press release, RTNDF President, Robert Collins says “the endowment will provide financial support for Journalism students from Atlantic Canada for many years to come”.

RTNDF has eight national scholarship programs open to journalism students each year, and has since awarded over $263,000.
