<p>Patricia Graham is exiting the editor's desk at <em>The Vancouver Sun</em>, a spot she's had for eight years, to become vice-president of digital at the Pacific Newspaper Group, a division of Postmedia which publishes <em>The Sun</em>.<br /><br />The position is newly-created.
