Compressions à CBC/Radio-Canada: 90 membres du SCRC touchés

<p><strong>La direction de CBC/Radio-Canada a annoncé ce midi qu’elle abolirait 657 postes équivalents temps plein d’ici deux ans. Du côté francophone, 312 employés, dont 90 membres du Syndicat des communications de Radio-Canada (SCRC), devront ainsi quitter le diffuseur public et recevront leur lettre d’abolition de poste d’ici la fin du mois. C’est le service des sports qui paie le plus lourd tribut, avec 65 départs sur les 75 employés.</strong></p><p><em>Par Hélène Roulot-Ganzmann</em></p>

Postmedia posts net loss of $25.3 million in second quarter

CTV Vancouver leads at RTDNA BC Region Awards for television

Vancouver’s News1130 led in the radio category with five wins. </p><p>At the RTDNA Central Awards, CTV Barrie, CTV Toronto and Global Toronto each picked up two television awards. In the radio awards, CBC Sudbury and Toronto’s 680 News and Newstalk1010 each received three awards.</p>
