Applications are now being accepted for the newly launched Tom Hanson Photojournalism Award, the award sponsors announced.
The award is in memory of award-winning photojournalist Tom Hanson. It offers a six-week paid internship at The Canadian Press head office in Toronto for a photojournalist in the early stages of his or her career.
The Canadian Journalism Foundation (CJF) and The Canadian Press teamed up to offer this award.
Applications will be accepted until Jan. 4, 1010 and documents must be submitted via FTP. Further information about the award and upload details are available at the CJF website.
