The RTNDA is pleased to announce that two individuals will be honoured with
the 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award in the Central Region: Dave Devall, who has worked at CTV Toronto since the station’s inception in 1961; and Peter Silverman, who led the ‘Silverman Helps’ investigative/consumer news unit at Citytv Toronto for over 20 years. The winner in the Atlantic Region is ATV cameraman Wayne Clark. Hal Gardiner and Carl Worth are winners in the Prairie Region. The awards will be presented on June 26, 2009 at the Westin Hotel in Toronto.
