I'm going to miss the National Post. It's the only place I've ever written. It was fantastic. Once a Postie, always a Postie.

But I'm really, really excited to join the @TorontoStar, starting tomorrow. It's a truly great paper, filled with great people. Can't wait.

The move follows the departure of Star columnists Damien Cox to Sportsnet and Cathal Kelly to The Globe and Mail.
Editor-in-chief Michael Cooke said in a memo to “stay tuned” and that the Star would maintain its edge as the best at the “sports game in town.”
“Please be assured, we will continue to invest in reporting talent to maintain our lead over the others, who have a long way to catch up,” Cooke said.
