The Board of Governors at the University of Western Ontariohas ruled thattheuniversity’s administrationcan prevent on-campus distribution of the Gazette should the paper publish material or behave in a manner that the university finds unacceptable. Thecontroversy over the newspaper’s publishing rights erupted over an article that “trivialized rape” published in the annual spoof issue.
