Quebecor has new CEO

(CP) Wes Lucas has quit as chief executive of struggling commercial printer Quebecor World Inc. “to pursue other opportunities” in the United States and will be replaced by CFO Jacques Mallette. Mallette, a former head of Cascades Boxboard Group Inc. who joined Quebecor in 2003, will take the position effective immediately.
