John Tory, former leader of the Ontario’s Progressive Conservative Party and a potential candidate for mayor in Toronto, is set to host a weekday talk show on CFRB Newstalk 1010, CBC News reports.

The show is scheduled to start Oct. 5.

Tory has filled in and hosted various shows at the station since April, when he resigned as the provincial Conservative leader because he didn’t win a seat in the legislature.

CFRB management said in a statement:

“John brings a wealth of inside knowledge to both.”
