Star memo on Cathal Kelly, Robyn Doolittle moving to Globe

<p>Subject: of course they raid the Star ... where else are they going to look?</p><p>It’s a tough week for the Star. Global News offers staff buyouts

CTV Kitchener cancels Provincewide after 29 years
