The Globe and Mail and the Ottawa Citizen took the unusual step of co-publishing a story today. The story, a special investigative piece, looks at the murky role of an RCMP paid informant who entered the witness protection program and later was convicted of murder. The story, accompanied by a long editor’s note, was written by Greg McArthur and Gary Dimmock.
