The Toronto Star has shuffled a few positions recently, as former Washington bureau chief Tim Harper moves back to Toronto to become national editor.
Mitch Potter, former Middle East bureau chief who most recently has run the paper’s European bureau from London, will take over from Harper in Washington.
There is no word yet who, if anyone, will replace Potter in Europe.
