CBC’s announcement of two new suppertime hosts comes with several other host changes.
Anne-Marie Mediwake and Dwight Drummond will co-host the local evening news at CBC Toronto.
In addition, Broadcaster Magazine reports:
“Story on new CBC hosts comes with a shakeup of hosts on the lineup for CBC News Network with former Calgary correspondent for The National, Kim Brunhuber, taking over the noon to 2 p.m. slot. Heather Hiscox remains morning anchor from 6 to 9 a.m. EST, Suhana Meharchand will now follow from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Carole MacNeil remains the afternoon anchor, from 2 to 5 p.m.”
