CAJ announces keynote speaker for January conference

Bill Buxton, a principal researcher at Microsoft Research, will give the keynote speech at the Canadian Association of Journalists upcoming one-day conference on Jan. 30.

According to a CAJ announcement, Buxton will close the day with a speech titled “The Fourth Estate in the Digital Age,” in which he will talk about “how the decisions news media make now will have an impact on generations to come and what that means for all of us today and tomorrow.”
