Quebecor CEO Robert Dépatie retires for health reasons

<p>Robert Dépatie has announced he has retired as CEO and president of Quebecor Media for health reasons. He will be replaced by Pierre Dion effective immediately.</p><p>Dépatie will help oversee the transition until May 30. He stepped in for Pierre Karl Péladeau, who left as president and CEO in March 2013.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Pierre Dion will be Quebecor's third CEO in just over a year. But he was also part of Péladeau's inner circle.</p>
