Andrew Phillips to be Toronto Star’s new editorial page editor

Andrew Phillips, the Toronto Star‘s business editor and former editor of the Montreal Gazette, will become the Toronto Star’s editorial page editor, effective Jan. 10, 2011. Longtime ed page editor Ian Urquhart: he tells J-Source he has plans to write a book.
