CBC Ottawa reporter Julie Ireton named Michener-Deacon fellow for journalism education

<p>CBC News Ottawa reporter Julie Ireton was named the Michener-Deacon fellow for journalism education. She will develop a workshop on entrepreneurial journalism to help journalists market their skills, according to the <a href="http://www.michenerawards.ca/english/picfellows/picfellow2013.htm">press release</a>. Her project will eventually link Carleton University's Sprott School of Business and its School of Journalism to assist j-schools across the country and their students in these challenging times for job prospects.</p>
