Right on the heels of the launch of Apple Inc.’s iPhone’s in Canada, the Toronto Star has launched a new mobile website dedicated to iPhone users.
thestar.com/iPhone is an environment that is optimized for iPhone browsers where users can read news stories and view photos, according to a Star Media Group press release.
The iPhone was released in Canada amid much fanfare, but some analysts are questioning the large-scale marketability of the product.
Other major news outlets, including the Associated Press, the International Herald Tribune and The New York Times, have also announced iPhone-specific applications.
