The Project for Excellence in Journalism released a study today of coverage by 32 different media outlets on U.S. Mid-term Election Day. The study offers “five lessons” about reporting on major breaking news events in the multi-media era, with results categorized by media sector. The overall winning sector? TV news websites. The New York Times also provides a short summary of the findings.
