An appeal court in British Columbia has ruled that a CBC reporter who sent tainted chocolates to a critic did not deserve to be fired. As the Globe and Mail‘s Rod Mickleburgh reports in rather puckish fashion, Bob Keating had second thoughtsalmost as soon as he had mailed the candies, and has since moved on to another career.
