The workshop will commence with keynote speaker Roy Gutman, foreign editor of Newsday and chairman of the Crimes of War project. Mr. Gutman will be followed by a panel discussion and break-out sessions led by representatives of the media, academia, government, and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
