The New York Times has begun charging Canadians for access to some of its digital content, Reuters reports. Print subscribers get full access for free, and non-susbscribers can access 20 articles for free a month and then pay per article. It has also rolled out an online-only subscription package: $15/month for unlimited access to the site and smartphone app, $20/month for the site and an iPad app; and $35/month for all three.
