The Canadian Community Newspapers Association kicks off its Better Newspapers Competition on Dec. 1, 2008 with the release of the entry book, rules and forms. The CCNA is introducing several minor amendments to BNC rules for 2009, including new category definitions to help distinguish between editorials and columns, a change from Christmas to Holiday and restrictions on websites shared by publications. More details on the 2009 BNC will be announced in the coming weeks.
