<p> </p><p>The University of King’s College in Halifax, NS is seeking an assistant professor of journalism in multimedia for a three-year limited term position. The successful candidate will teach digital production skills and reporting skills to both undergraduate and graduate students. According to the <a href="http://www.ukings.ca/assistant-professor-journalism-multimedia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">job posting</a>, applicants must have a graduate degree and will ideally have extensive experience as a reporter and a mentor in the field or in the classroom.</p>

Also required, as from the posting: “Understanding and embracing emerging technologies, including social media, reporting skills and fluency in other languages, especially French, are definite assets. A driver's license is mandatory. Shift work and weekend work are involved.”</p>
