Former magazine executive Paul Jones will host this year’s National Magazine Awards, the NMA foundation announced.
Jones worked for Maclean Hunter and Rogers for 30 years as an executive and publisher of various magazines. He is also a former director of the National Magazine Awards Foundation (NMAF), a former Masthead columnist and a current board member of Canada’s National History Society.
Jones is scheduled to be master of ceremonies at the NMAF’s gala ceremony in Toronto on June 5, 2009.
