Congratulations to the winners in the 2009 Better Newspapers Competition!

Winners were announced on Monday, March 16th, 2009 and will have the
opportunity to accept their award at the Better Newspapers Competition
(BNC) Banquet on Thursday, May 20th, 2009 in Montreal at the annual
National Convention.
