The final print issue of Masthead magazine, which is shutting down publication of the magazine but will remain online, has a striking coverline: “LONG LIVE MAGAZINES.“

The mag’s publisher, North Island Publishing, is hosting a reception in Toronto’s west end on Jan. 29 to mark the publication of the last issue.

Magazine consultant D.B. Scott mentions on Canadian Magazines that he may continue to write his former Masthead column, Good Question, on the blog occasionally.
